Promising students take life-changing journeys with CMF scholarships

We are delighted to share news that the CMF panels in Canada and the UK have just chosen three Master’s students to receive 2022 CMF scholarships. A total of £75,000 has been granted this year in one of the most competitive processes to date - over 250 applicants for the coveted fully-funded scholarship. The final candidates, both on the UK and Canadian sides, were extremely impressive and made it very difficult for the board to decide. After much consideration, the Board selected to bring two Canadians to the UK to study, and will send one Scottish scholar to Toronto.

Megan Banyard was selected for a UK- Canada scholarship. Hailing from Dunfermline, near Edinburgh, she will be going to Toronto Metropolitan University ( formerly known as Ryerson) to pursue a Masters in Media Production. Canadian scholars Victoire Kpadé and Dalbir Singh, going to the London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene and the London School of Economics respectively, will be featured next week. In the meanwhile, please meet Megan in the heartwarming video below.
