The Platinum Maple Leaf Ball May 19th 2022, Celebrating 70 years of Honouring Canada's past & promoting Canada's future

The Maple Leaf Ball is a bi-annual event and primary source of revenue for the Maple Leaf Trust. Over the decades the Ball has become the social highlight in the UK Canadian calendar, providing the opportunity for Canadians from across the UK to come together to celebrate, reminisce, and make new connections – something we have all sorely missed!

With the postponement of the 2021 Ball due to the coronavirus pandemic, the 2022 edition marks the event’s 70th anniversary and is set to be the most successful to date with nearly 400 distinguished Canadians attending.

This spectacular gala will take place at the iconic London landmark the Victoria & Albert Museum on 19th May 2022. The evening will open with a champagne reception in the John Madejski Garden accompanied by a CCSF scholar performance. Following the reception, a three-course gourmet dinner will be served in the Raphael Court where guests will be surrounded by monumental Renaissance masterpieces. Throughout the evening there will be a live and silent auction, a not-be-missed raffle, and further performances by esteemed CCSF scholars.

The night is then drawn to a close with a DJ and dancing under the Dome, all set against the backdrop of the Medieval marvels of the Paul and Jill Ruddock Gallery
