APPLICATION DEADLINES 2023

There are three important funding application deadlines to flag to you today, from the Canadian Centennial Scholarship Fund for PhDs, from the Canada-UK Foundation for various academic and scholarly pursuits, and from the Canada Memorial Foundation for a Master's degree.

First, for PhDs, please have a look at the Canadian Centennial Scholarship Fund. Canadian students currently enrolled in a multi-year (2 years or more) postgraduate programme at a UK university, college, institution or academy are invited to apply for a £5,000 CCSF Scholarship. Your studies must continue into the 2023-2024 academic year. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2023. Secondly, please look at The Canada-UK Foundation, offering the broadest range of funding programmes, including PhD studentships, publication grants, travel awards, seed funding, and conference awards. These funds are accepting applications of interest until January 31, 2023. Full details of the various programmes are available on the funding section of our website.

Also now open for scholarship applications is the Canada Memorial Foundation fund, with an application deadline of January 31, 2023. This scholarship is bilateral and supports Canadians wishing to undertake post-graduate studies in the UK, and UK citizens wishing to study in Canada.

Whether your passion is arts, sciences, business or public policy and if you are bright, brave and ready to make the most of every moment, we would like you to apply. The scholarships cover tuition and a modest stipend for living expenses.
